Ice is owned by Di Stirling, Sue Cale and Camille Pentland. She hit the show ring with a bang! Gaining her first CC with Reserve Best In Show, Best Opposite Sex and Best Puppy in Show, under judge Mrs Sue Rolf, at the Norwegian Buhund Club Championship show aged just 8 months. She is the proverbial blonde bombshell! She is pictured at Birmingham National aged almost 7 months.
Ice has also won the Res CC and Best Puppy at LKA 2009 (Judge Robin Searle), the CC and Best of Breed at WELKS 2010 (Judge Michael Quinney) and the Res CC at Windsor 2010 (Judge Jeff Luscott). She has some tough competition particularly with her sister 'Tusk' (Arnscroft Di Sing on Ice) and her aunt Lily (Ch Arnscroft Di DI DI Delilah to compete with as well as the other females in the breed! We are pleased that she can hold her own, whoever is handling her on the day!
Ice won her 3rd and qualify CC at the City of Birmingham Championship Show on 4th September 2010 under Judge Mrs Trina Maun. Although neither Sue Cale nor Camille were able to be present at the show, Chris Cross did a fantastic job of handling Ice to gain that all important 3rd CC to make her a UK Champion at just under 18 months of age.
We are always grateful to Di for offering Camille this partnership, and especially to Sue Cale who Ice lives with and who does all the training and some of the handling for the shows! A fantastic feat for someone with their first show dog!
